"On Air" was an immersive, three-part gallery event themed around radio nostalgia, curated to explore the emotional and cultural impact of radio across different eras. As a Creative Director, I helped shape each phase of the experience into a unique chapter—blending visual art, sound installations, and storytelling to evoke the feeling of tuning into a broadcast from the past.

Each part of the exhibition focused on a distinct atmosphere:

  1. The Studio – designed as a retro broadcast room, where guests could interact with recreated radio equipment and hear curated audio stories.

  2. The Signal – an abstract, atmospheric space with sound-reactive visuals and ambient audio pieces, symbolizing how radio waves connect people across distance.

  3. The Static – a moodier, emotionally resonant finale exploring silence, lost signals, and the voices that fade with time.

The event incorporated magazine-style campaign visuals, analog textures, and curated playlists to deepen the immersive effect. "On Air" was both a celebration of vintage media and a reflection on how sound and memory shape our cultural identity.
